Allan Worrell

Allan Worrell began his professional career in 1977 as a farm manager at a bank in Springfield. He moved to Jacksonville in 1980 and served as head of a farm management company at a local bank until starting his own business in 1995. Allan received his Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) designation in l985. He is also a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and provides farm appraisal services as well. Allan has served as President of the Illinois Society of Professional Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and has chaired numerous State and National Committees. Allan also served as President of the Illinois Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute in 2003. Allan was raised on a grain and livestock farm in Scott County, Illinois.

Randy Leka

Randy Leka began his farm management career in 1987 as an employee of Elliott State Bank in Jacksonville. Randy also received his AFM designation in 1992 and worked at First National Bank in Springfield from 1989 until teaming with Allan to form Worrell-Leka Land Services in September of 1999. Randy has been very active with the Illinois Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers by serving on many committees and chairing several of them. Randy is a native of Sangamon County where he still is actively involved with the management of the home farm. He obtained his Illinois Real Estate Broker license in 1994.

Janet Worrell

Janet Worrell joined the company in November of 1998 and has handled all the data processing and client accounting since then. Janet has a background in banking and financial services. Janet was raised on a family farm in Montgomery County near Nokomis. Janet received her Illinois Real Estate Sales Person License in June 2003.

Joe Graves

Joe Graves joined the company in September 2003. Joe received his Illinois Real Estate Sales Person license in September 2003. Joe was engaged in farming in Scott County for 30 years and owned and operated Joe & Ellen's in Bluffs before going into real estate sales. Joe is married to Ellen and has four daughters.

Maura McCormick

Maura McCormick was raised in Colorado and has lived in Central Illinois for the last nine years. She received her Illinois Real Estate Sales Person license in March 2006 and joined the Worrell-Leka team in April 2006. Maura has worked with her husband Dick for the last four years managing 22,000 acres of recreational and hunting ground. Over the last six years, Maura has gained a lot of knowledge through her experience of buying and selling hunting and farm ground. She is eager to work with you to help you find the perfect piece of real estate, whether it is for a new home, hunting ground, farm ground, or a place to build your dream home. Maura lives in Springfield with her husband and two children.

Kyle Schumacher

Kyle joined the company in December 2005. He received his Real Estate Brokers license in January 2002. Since graduation from the University of Illinois in 2001, Kyle has worked for a local bank in lending. Kyle is also a 1997 graduate of the Missouri Auction School. Kyle was raised on a farm west of Chapin where he remains active in the farming operation. He currenty resides in Jacksonville with his wife, Sara.

Luke Worrell

Luke Worrell joined the company in January 2007. He is a graduate of Illinois College and was raised in a farming family. Luke received his Illinois Real Estate Sales Person License in October 2007. He is ready to work with you to find the best piece of real estate to fit your needs.

Darrell Moore

Darrell Moore began his professional career in 1980 after graduating and receiving his certification as an Auctioneer from the Missouri Auction School in Kansas City, Missouri. He has been a licensed auctioneer with the State of Illinois since the concept of the Auction License Act of 2003. He is also active as a private real estate salesperson and has been licensed with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations since 1991. He was raised on a grain and livestock farm in Scott County, Illinois. Darrell resides in Winchester with his wife, Kathy.
